A serial Entrepreneur was on the verge of potentially being sued by a former employee. Having access to Atlanta’s top Employment Expert, this Entrepreneur reached out for guidance. After a successful negotiation strategy, the Entrepreneur was able to get back to what mattered most, running their business, while entrusting their HR activities to the expert.
Sharing with colleagues, others began to inquire about whether they could have some time with this Expert. In true Entrepreneurial form, they knew this was a “new business’. After talking within their network, they pulled their resources together and offered the Expert a job to manage the HR affairs of their individual companies simultaneously.
